翼点入路显微手术治疗前交通动脉瘤

目的总结经翼点入路手术治疗前交通动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003-2010年收治的27例前交通动脉瘤患者经翼点入路显微神经外科手术治疗资料。结果恢复良好21例，中度残疾4例，重度残疾1例，死亡1例。手术效果较满意。结论经翼点入路是前交通动脉瘤手术首选，手术操作直接影响预后。熟练掌握局部解剖，术前仔细阅片，术中精细操作加必要的手术技巧是成功的法宝。

Microsurgical treatment of anterior communicating artery aneurysm

ObjectiveTo summarize the microscopic surgical treatment of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm.Methods27 cases of anterior communicating aneurysmal patients underwent microsurgery through pterional approach were retrospectively analyzed.Results13 patients were perfectly recovered,2 suffered from moderate disability,2 suffered from severe disability and 1 case was dead.ConclusionThe surgery of anterior communicating artery aneurysm via pterional approach is preferred and the operation affect the prognosis directly.Familiarizing local anatomy,reading films carefully and necessary surgical skills are to be the magic weapon.
