原发性肝癌患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性分析

目的研究原发性肝癌患者生活质量与社会支持的关系，寻求相应的护理对策。方法选取i00例原发性肝癌患者，采用社会支持评定量表和肝癌患者生活质量测评表进行调查，分析肝癌患者的社会支持与生活质量的相关性。结果原发性肝癌患者的社会支持与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；社会支持与生活质量呈显著正相关（r=0．764，P〈0．01）。结论原发性肝癌患者的生活质量与社会支持密切相关，社会支持高的患者生活质量也高；护理过程中要重视患者的社会支持，以提高患者的生活质量。

Correlation study between social support and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer

Objective To study the relation of quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer and social support and seek appropriate care measures.Methods 100 cases of primary liver cancer were surveyed with social support rating scale and quality of life evaluation scale.The correlation of social support and quality of life were analyzed.Results Compared to social support of primary liver cancer and the national norm,there was statistically significant(P<0.01).Social support and quality of life was positive correlation(r=0.764,P<0.01).Conclusion There are closely related of quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer and to social support.Patients with high social support can get more high quality of life;It can improve quality of life of patient which can pay attention to patient care in care process.
