综合干预对住院抑郁症患者的疗效观察

目的探讨综合干预对住院抑郁症患者缓解症状和改善社会功能的效果。方法选择符合DSM-IV诊断标准的60例住院抑郁症患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,每组各30例,研究组接受药物治疗联合综合干预,而对照组接受单独的药物治疗,观察8周。在治疗前、治疗12周末分别对两组患者进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分。结果治疗8周末,研究组和对照组的抑郁水平和社会功能都较治疗前有显著改善,但是,研究组的抑郁水平和社会功能改善的程度更为明显,两者差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论综合干预联合药物治疗比单独药物治疗更能有效缓解和改善住院抑郁症患者的抑郁症状和社会功能。

Clinical observation of comprehensive intervention in the inpatient with depression

[Objective]To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive intervention on symptom remission and social function improvement in the inpatient with depression. [Methods]60 depression inpatients who were diagnosed by the criteria of DSM-IV were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The study group received the combination therapy of medication and comprehensive intervention,the control group received the single medication,and two groups were observed for 8 weeks.HAMD and SDSS were performed in two groups before treatment and at the end of 12-week treatment. [Results]At the end of 8-week treatment,the depression level and social function of two groups improved significantly compared with those before treatment,but the improvement in the study group were more obvious than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01). [Conclusion]The combination therapy of medication and comprehensive intervention has better effectiveness than the single medication for alleviating the symptoms and improving social function in the inpatient with depression.
