以EICU为主体救治多发伤并严重骨盆骨折31例

目的探讨合并严重骨盆骨折多发伤的治疗方法及疗效。方法对急诊ICU(EICU)为主体救治的31例合并严重骨盆骨折多发伤患者救治过程、死亡率及预后进行随访评价。结果 31例患者中行外固定或内固定27例,死亡4例,死亡率12.90%。治疗结果按刘利民等评价标准:优13例,良8例,中4例,差2例,优良率77.78%。结论以EICU为主体,整合医院优势力量,是提高合并严重骨盆骨折多发伤救治成功率和预后的关键。

The treatment of EICU-based orientation on patients with multiple trauma combined with severe pelvic fracture

Objective To investigate the methods for treatment of multiple trauma combined with severe pelvic fracture.Methods 31 patients with multiple trauma combined with severe pelvic fracture were admitted to the department of emergency ICU(EICU),that were followed up treatment’s courses,mortality rate and prognosis.Results The mortality rate of the group was 12.90%(4/31),finally 27 patients were treatment with external fixation or internal fixation,and according to Liu Liming’s evaluation standard: excellence was seen in 13 cases,good in 8 cases,general in 4 cases,poor in 2 cases and the excellent and good rate reached 77.78%.Conclusion Regarding EICU as the main body and integrating superior forces of the hospital are the key to raising cure the patients with multiple trauma combined with severe pelvic fracture.
