摘    要:目的探讨锁骨钩钢板加喙肩韧带转位重建喙锁韧带转位治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法选择本院近年收治的肩锁关节脱位20例患者的临床资料.观察采用锁骨钩钢板加喙肩韧带转位重建喙锁韧带的治疗效果。结果全部患者术前术后均采用Lazzcano标准评价肩关节功能,术后肩关节功能均较治疗前明显改善,优良率前后比较差异有统计学意义(X2=6.367,P〈O.05)。全部患者切口均甲级愈合,均未出现螺钉松动和断裂。结论锁骨钩钢板加喙肩韧带转位重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位固定牢靠,安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of clavicular hook plate and coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction from coracoacromial ligament transposition for acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation in our hospital were analyzed.The patients were treated with clavicular hook plate and coracoacromial ligament transposition,and therapeutic effect was observed.Results Lazzcano Standards was used to evaluate shoulder function before and after treatment.Shoulder function of all patients improved significantly compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.367,P<0.05).Incisions of patients healed in grade A,and there was not screw loosening and fracture.Conclusion The clavicular hook plate and coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction for acromioclavicular joint dislocation is safe and effective.
