| 摘 要： | 目的观察改良腰椎斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对142例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分成改良腰椎斜扳法组(改良组)76例和常规斜扳法组(常规组)66例,并观察两组患者疗效。结果治疗前后改良组VAS评分由(7.85±1.61)分降至(1.06±1.03)分(P<0.001),治疗前后常规组VAS评分由(7.54±1.48)分降至(1.68±1.39)分(P<0.001);治疗后组间VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良腰椎斜扳法与常规斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有临床疗效,但改良腰椎斜扳法疗效优于常规斜扳法,可在临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of improved method of lumbar oblique pulling in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods142 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into therapy group(n=76) and control group(n=66).The differences in VAS scores were compared before and after the treatment.ResultsThe VAS scores of the two group and before and after treatment were statistically different(P<0.001).ConclusionImproved method of lumbar oblique pulling in treating lumbar disc herniation is more effective than the method of control group. |
