普外科手术切口感染危险因素分析及预防策略

目的探讨普外科手术患者术后切口感染的危险因素及预防措施。方法回顾性分析近5年普外科7000例手术患者中所发生的67例手术切口感染患者的临床资料。结果普外科7000例手术中，切口感染67例，感染率为0．96％。切口感染因素与手术室条件、手术种类、手术人员无菌操作是否规范、手术患者的条件、手术前预防性抗菌药物使用等有关。结论对普外科手术患者易导致切口感染的各种危险因素采取相应的预防措施，可以预防和降低手术切口感染的发生率。

General surgical incision infection risk factors and prevention

Objective To explore the risk factors and preventive measures on the general surgical patients with postoperative wound infection.Methods The retrospective analysis of clinical data of 67 cases of surgical wound infection among 7 000 patients underwent general surgery in the past five years.Results This group of incision infection rate was 0.96%.Operating room conditions,the type of surgery,surgical personnel aseptic norms,the surgery the patient’s condition,the use of prophylactic antibiotics before surgery were the surgical wound infection risk factors.Conclusion The surgery patients who are tending to cause wound infection risk factors should take appropriate preventive measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of general surgical infection.
