积极心理治疗对消化性溃疡患者负性情绪及疗效的影响

目的探讨积极心理治疗对消化性溃疡患者负性情绪及临床疗效的影响。方法将82例消化性溃疡的门诊患者,随机分为对照组40例,干预组42例。对照组实施常规护理及健康教育,干预组在此基础上实施积极心理治疗。分别对两组在治疗前及治疗8周后用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行心理状况评定,统计患者的临床疗效和1年后的复发情况。结果治疗后干预组的焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的治愈率、总有效率较对照组明显提高,1年后复发率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理治疗能降低消化性溃疡患者的焦虑抑郁水平,改善患者的情绪,提高临床疗效,降低复发率,具有临床应用价值。

Negative emotion and effect of positive psychotherapy's treatment of peptic ulcer's patients

Objective Explore actively negative emotion and effect of positive psychotherapy’s treatment of peptic ulcer’s patients.Methods 82 cases of patients with chronic peptic ulcer of outpatient were included,40 patients were randomized into control,the other 42 cases group with the intervention.In two groups respectively before treatment and therapy with anxiety after 8 weeks from the rating scale(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS) psychological status evaluation,the clinical curative effect and the statistics of 1 year after recurrence.Results After treatment,the anxiety,depression rating of the intervention group was reduced compared to the contol and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The cure rate and the total effective rate of the intervention group was obviously improve compared to the control group,and a year later the recurrence rate decreased obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conlusion Positive psychological treatment can reduce the patients with chronic peptic ulcer anxiety depression level,improve patient’s emotional,improve the clinical effect and decrease the recurrence rate.It is a useful therapeutic method with good clinical value.
