磷酸铝凝胶辅助治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的探讨磷酸铝凝胶联合兰索拉唑和莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将86例反流性食管炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组43例患者给予磷酸铝凝胶＋兰索拉唑＋莫沙必利治疗；对照组43例患者给予兰索拉唑＋莫沙必利治疗。两组患者均完成8周治疗，对其临床疗效进行观察。结果治疗组和对照组临床症状缓解率分别为90．7％和74．4％（χ2=3．96，P〈0．05）。胃镜下食管炎症改善率分别为79．1％和58．1％（χ2=4．37，P〈0．05）。结论磷酸铝凝胶联合兰索拉唑和莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎能有效缓解、改善其症状和炎症。

Aluminum phosphate gel as adjuvant treatment in the reflux esophagitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with lansoprazole and mosa- pride in treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 86 reflux esophagitis patients were randomly assigned to therapy group （Aluminum Phosphate Gel＋ lansoprazole＋ mosapride n = 43]） or control group（lansoprazole plus mosapride In = 432）. The rate of total symptoms relief and mucosal lesion alleviation were assessed at 8 weeks. Results 8 weeks after treatment, the rate of total symptoms relief and mucosal lesion alleviation were higher in therapy group than in control group respectively （90. 7% vs 74. 4%, P〈0. 05） ,（79.1% vs 58. 1% ,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Aluminum Phosphate OeI combined with lansoprazole and mosapride is a superior treatment of reflux esophagitis in total symptoms relief and mueosal lesion alleviation as compared to lansoprazole combined with mosapride.
