| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome旋切在乳腺肿块术中的应用。方法在超声导向下,利用Mammo-tome对乳腺肿块进行切除,对治疗效果及超声引导情况进行分析。结果超声引导下,79例病人139个病灶均被成功切除,其中腺病并纤维腺瘤67个,纤维腺瘤60个,乳头状导管瘤1个,乳腺腺病8个,非典型增生3个。结论超声引导Mammotome旋切乳腺肿块是手术中值得推广的定位、引导方法,也是一种即刻评估手术效果的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of the ultrasound to guide breast lumps excising with mammotome.Methods Breast masses were excised using mammotome in ultrasound guidance.The treatment effect was analysed.Results Of 139 breast masses,79 cases were all excised.67 cases were adenosis and fibroadenoma,60 cases were fibroadenoma,1 case was papillary duct tumor,8 cases were breast adenosis and 3 caseswere atypical hyperplasia.Conclusion Ultrasound to guide breast lumps excising with mammotome is a good way of the position and guidance and it can immediately assess the effect of surgery. |
