舒利迭联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的观察舒利迭联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将47例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组（24例）和对照组（23例）,对照组仅采用常规方法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用舒利迭和多索茶碱联合治疗。两组疗程均为14天。观察两组治疗总有效率和治疗前后患者肺通气功能变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为82.6%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组肺通气功能较对照组明显缓解（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论舒利迭联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘有良好的临床疗效,且安全性较高。

Clinical study of seretide combined with doxofylline on treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of seretide combined with doxofylline on treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 47 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly distributed into two groups.Control group(23 patients) was treated with conventional therapy,and treatment group(24 patients) was treated with seretide combined with doxofylline on the base of control group.The treated time of two groups was 14 days.The total effective rate and changes of lung function were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of treatment group was 95.8%,and controlled group was 82.6%.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);The pulmonary function after treatment in treatment group was more relieved than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).No serious adverse happened in treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of seretide combined with doxofylline on the treatment of bronchial asthma had a good effect and more safety.
