循证护理在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床带教中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨循证护理在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床带教中的应用研究。方法选择我院在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科实习的护生60名随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用循证护理方法教学,对照组采用传统的护理方法进行教学。从护理实习生考核成绩、护理实习生教学满意度、综合实践能力(创新能力、提出问题能力、观察问题能力、实际操作能力、查阅文献能力)进行比较分析。结果观察组护理实习生考核成绩、护理实习生教学满意度、综合实践能力与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用循证护理在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床带教中不仅提高了实习生考核成绩的优秀率和教学满意度,还提高了循证思维和综合实践能力,有助于护理实践向科学化和规范化的方向发展,同时也有助于培养高素质的护理队伍。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application study of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching of Glossary of Otolaryngology.Methods Selected 60 practice nurses from Glossary of Otolaryngology in our hospital,randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group used evidence-based nursing education method,and the control group was given traditional education methods.To evaluate from the test result of practice nurses,education satisfaction of practice nurses,and the comprehensive practice capability(innovation capability,questioning capability,observation capability,practical operation capacity,and literature searching capacity).Results Related test result of practice nurses,education satisfaction of practice nurses,and the comprehensive practice capability in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching of Glossary of Otolaryngology not only improve test result of practice nurses & education satisfaction of practice nurses,but also improve the evidence-based thinking capacity & the comprehensive practice capability,it is helpful for nursing practice to develop scientifically & formally,it is helpful to cultivate the good quality nursing team at the same time.
