卵巢癌的傅里叶变换红外光谱研究

摘    要:目的研究应用傅里叶变换红外光谱(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)作为诊断卵巢癌的临床可行性。方法利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析卵巢癌组织切片及正常组织红外切片,将二者的红外光谱图对照解析。结果卵巢癌组织切片的红外光谱图与正常组织的红外光谱图相比,具有明显且有规律的差异,包括癌变组织中核酸含量增加、糖原含量下降、氨基酸残基C-OH基团的结合氢键大部分遭到破坏、脂质的亚甲基链趋向无序等。结论可以利用FTIR法作为一种鉴别卵巢癌的临床诊断方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of diagnosing ovarian cancer by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Methods The tissue slices of ovarian cancer and normal tissue slices were analyzed with FTIR.Results The charactersitic peaks of tissue slices of ovarian cancer were obvious and regular differences with ones of normal slices.It included increase content of nucleic acid,decrease content of glycogen,destroy of hydrogen bond of amino acid,and disordering of methylene chain of lipod.Conclusion The application of analysis of tissue slices of ovarian cancer by FTIR in the use of clinical diagnosis is feasible.
