| 摘 要： | 目的探讨饮用酸奶对老年鼻饲患者便秘的预防作用。方法将88例老年鼻饲患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组45例，每日给予胃管鼻饲酸奶200ml对照组43例，给予常规护理，14天后观察两组排便情况。结果试验组第1次排便的时间比对照组提前1^＋天，排便所用的时间明显缩短，腹胀和便秘明显下降。两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论酸奶对老年鼻饲患者便秘有较好的预防作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of yogurt for prevention constipation in the nasogastric feeding elderly.Methods88 patients were randomly allocated to comparing(1) nasogastric feeding yogurt 200ml every day;(2) conventional care.We observed condition of defecation of two groups after 14 days.ResultsThe first time of defecation in yogurt group was 1 day early compared with that of control group.The time of defecation was shorter in yogurt group.The abdominal distension and constipation were improved in yogurt group.There were significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThere is preventive effect for yogurt in the nasogastric feeding elderly. |
