中药穴位贴敷治疗儿童哮喘患者的临床疗效及其免疫学机制

[目的]探讨中药穴位贴敷用于哮喘患儿的治疗效果与免疫学机制。[方法]选取我院2009年4月至2011年收治的500例非急性发作期哮喘患儿,选择双侧膻中穴、定喘、膏肓、肺俞,给予中药贴敷,在每年三伏、三九天各贴敷3次,0.6~1.9h/次,1个疗程为3年。[结果]经过治疗后,患儿的哮喘发作次数明显减少,FEV1、FEF、FVC与PEF值均显著升高,IFN-y、IL-4均升高,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgE均明显升高。[结论]针对哮喘患儿,实施中药穴位贴敷,可有效调节患者免疫力,使TH1/TH2水平有效纠正,提高哮喘治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Asthma in Children Patients with Clinical Efficacy and Immunologic Mechanism

[Objective] To investigate the acupoint sticking treatment effects for children with asthma and immunological mechanisms.[Methods] April 2009 to 2011 were treated in our hospital 500 cases of acute exacerbation of asthma in children,choose bilateral Tanzhong,Dingchuan,Gaohuangshu,Feishu give Chinese medicine sticking in the annual dog day,volts nine days,sticking three times thirty-nine days,0.6~1.9h/time,a course of three years.[Results] After treatment,children with asthma attacks significantly reduced FEV1,FEF,FVC and PEF values were significantly higher,IFN-y,IL-4 were elevated immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgE were significantly increased.[Conclusion] For children with asthma,the implementation of the acupoint sticking,can effectively regulate the patient 's immune system,so that the the TH1/TH2 level effectively correct and improve the cure rate of asthma,worthy of clinical application.
