| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开心胶囊对气滞血瘀型高脂动物内皮损伤的保护作用机制。方法复制气滞血瘀高脂大鼠模型,制作相应血清,作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞,观察其MCP-1 mRNA的表达。结果开心胶囊高剂量含药血清对MCP-1 mRNA表达的抑制作用与立普妥相当。结论开心胶囊保护此类内皮损伤的机制可能与降低MCP-1有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Kaixin Capsule on protecting endothelium against injury in rats with hyperlipemia,stagnation of Qi and Blood in TCM.Methods:Duplicating the rat model,making corresponding serum which affected on HUVEC and then observating the expression of MCP-1mRNA.Results:The inhibition effect of Kaixin Capsule's high dose on MCP-1mRNA'S expressing was consistant with Lipitor.Conclusion:The mechanism of Kaixin Capsule which protected endothelium agairst injury maybe associated with reducing MCP-1. |
