As the main raw material for the production of chemical fertilizer and phosphorus chemical industry,phosphate rock has the double attributes both the raw material and agricultural material,even non-regenerative strategic storage with an important role in national economy.The new features of phosphorus resources in China are introduced.Some suggestions are proposed based on the new features of phosphorus resources after the regulation of phosphate resources exploitation and utilization
