宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效分析

目的探讨宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效。方法57例宫颈糜烂患者，在月经干净2～3天或宫颈糜烂微波治疗后出血者即开始治疗，同时配合宫颈炎康栓阴道放置。结果宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂，总有效率分别为875％和96％，治疗前后阴道清洁度差异有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论宫颈炎康栓联合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂具有较好疗效，尤其是单纯型、颗粒型宫颈糜烂。治疗方法安全可靠，无创伤，尤其适用于未生育妇女，不良反应少，临床效果好，是一种治疗宫颈糜烂较理想的方法。

Clinical Efficacy of Cervidtis Kangshuan Combined with Microwave in Treatment of Cervical Erosion

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cervicitis Kangshuan combined with microwave in treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 57 women with cervical erosion received treatment 2-3 days after menstruation or when bleeding in microwave treatment of cervical erosion, simultaneously combined with cervicitis Kangshuan in vagina. Results Cervicitis Kangshuan combined with microwave treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion had total effective rates of 87.5% and 96% respectively （as shown in table 1）. Vaginal cleanliness differences before and after treatment were significantly different （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Cervicitis Kangshuan combined with microwave treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion had good effect particularly in treatment of simple, particle-type cervical erosion. The treatment method advantaged as safe and reliable, non-invasive, especially fit for non-childbearing women, fewer adverse reactions, better clinical effect, is a more satisfactory approach in treatment of cervical erosion.
