重庆市育龄妇女风疹免疫水平调查

目的 了解重庆市育龄妇女抗风疹病毒IgG抗体（RV－IgG）阳性率水平，为预防和减少先天性风疹综合征（CRS）的发生提供指导。方法 在某教学医院妇产科及该大学女生中抽取15－40岁女性共263名，采用酶联免疫吸附实验法（ELISA）测定风疹IgG抗体，按年龄、地区、职业等因素分组进行抗体阳性率的分析和比较。结果 RV－IgG抗体总阳性率为71.1%，不同年龄、地区、职业组间差异无显著性。结论 重庆市育龄妇女风疹易感者比例为28.9%。建议女性于婚前检查常规接种风疹疫羁，并可在条件较好的地区对已婚未育进行风疹疫苗的普遍接种。

Investigation about the Immune Level of Rubella in Women of Childbearing Age in ChongQing

Objective To investigate the positive rate of antibody against rubella virus(RV-IgG),and to provide guidance for the preventive stratege against the congenital rubella syndrome.Methods 263 serum samples were collected from the patients gynaecologic and obstetric of the teaching hospital and some female students of the university.aged from 15 to 40.The rubella-specific IgG antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The prevalence rate of antibody which was stratified by age,area or occupation were analyzed and compared.Results The total positive rate of RV-IgG was 71 0%.There were no significant differences in the positive rate of antibody in different age,area,or occupation.Conclusions The proportion of rubella susceptibility was 28 9%.The results suggested that rubella vaccine should be routinely administered to the women when they have a health examine before marriage,and if available universal vaccination against rubella should be carried out for the married woman who has not procreated.
