| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测定胆酸止咳片中猪去氧胆酸的含量。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱（4．6×250mm．5μm）。流动相为甲醇．0．1%甲酸（75：25），柱温30℃，流速1．0mL·min-1。检测器为ELSD，漂移管温度为74℃。氮气流速为2．1L·min-1。结果本法猪去氯胆酸的线性范围分别为1．056μg-5．280μg（r=0．9997），平均回收率（n=5）为97．41％，RSD=O．9％。结论方法简便。结果准确，重现性好，可用干胆酸止咳片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the hyodeoxycholic acid quantitative analysis of Danshuan Zhike tablets. METHODS Chromatographic condition included Eclipse XDB-C18 （4.6 × 250mm, 5μm）and mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid solution（75 ： 25）, the flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, the detector was ELSD, the drift tube temperature was 74℃ and the flow rate of N2 was 2.1L· min-1. RESULTS The method was linear within the range of 1.056μg--5.280μg, its recovery was 97.41%, RSD was 0.9 %. CONCLUSION The method was accurative, reproducible and can be used to con- trol the quality of Danshuan Zhike tablets. |
