中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察

目的观察中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法将入选的283例寻常性银屑病患者按门诊及住院顺序编号,采用随机数字表法分成3组。对照1组以NB-UVB全身照射;对照2组以中药煎液沐浴;治疗组为中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射,方法同前两组。3组均2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组有效率为94.38%,对照1组为84.38%,对照2组为69.89%,治疗组疗效优于对照组1组和2组,差异均有统计学意义(χ21组=4.8,P<0.05;χ22组=18.37,P<0.01)。治疗组复发率(10.81%)及不良反应(11.24%)低于对照组1组(分别为30.30%和23.96%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.14,5.10;P均<0.05)。结论中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常性银屑病疗效较好,可缩短疗程,降低复发率及不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B for the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Method 283 patients with psoriasis were given into three groups at random:treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath combined with NB-UVB; control group 1 were treated with NB-UVB; control group 2 were treated with Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs Bath. Therapeutic effective、relapse rate in three group were statistically analyzed,and adverse effect was monitored. Results The therapeutic effects in treatment group were significant better than that in control groups (χ2Control 1=4.8,P<0.05 or χ2Control 2=18.37,P< 0.01),the relapse rate (χ2=4.14,P<0.05). And adverse effect in the treatment group were also significant lower than those in control groups 1. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Chinese Medical Herbs Bath combined with NB-UVB on patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significant,the course of treatment could be shorted,the relapse rate could be decreased and adverse effect could be cut down.
