| 摘 要： | 本文通过106例冠状动脉旁路移植术患者中24例并发围术期心肌梗塞者的临床资料分析,对围术期心肌梗塞的诊断、有关临床因素及预后提出讨论。

| Abstract: | Clinical data of 106 patients with isolated CABG were reviewed, 24 (22.6%) cases were defined as having perioperative myocardial infarction (PMI)by (1) typical ST-segment and Twave changes associated with positive serum MBCK postoperatively,(2) appearance of new Q-waves or increased amplitude of pre-exsisting Q-wave,(3) new myocardial necrosis found by radionuclide scanning. The severity of coronary artery lesions, cardiopulmonary bypass time, aortic cross clamping time and incomplete revascularization are major factors influencing the occurrence of PMI. There were five hospital deaths and one late death. 19 survivors were followed up for 3/12 to 7 10/12 years with a mean of 2 9/12 years. 16cases were in good condition. |
