高血压病辨治思路

高血压病多属肝、肾两经病变,兼及于脾,可由风、火、痰、虚、瘀等多种原因引起。病理特点为虚实夹杂,本虚标实。肝肾不足为其本,风、火、痰、瘀为其标。以肝风、肝火最为急迫。本病为本虚标实、上盛下虚之证,在治疗上应急则治标,缓则治本,亦可标本兼顾,攻补兼施,补肾健脾柔肝与熄风化痰、活血通络相结合。日常应注意养生保健。

Hypertension is a syndrome usually involving the liver , kidney and the spleen. It can be caused by wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis. The pathological characteristics of hypertension are deficiency-excess in complexity, deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Impairment of the liver and kidney is relate to the origin. The wind, fire, phlegm and blood stasis are the superficiality. Liver wind and liver fire are the most dangerous condition. Hypertension is the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. It’s also the pattern of upper deficiency and lower excesss. The TCM treatment for hypertension is to relieve the secondary symptoms in an acute case, treat the fundamental when the conditions permit, and also treat the principal and the secondry aspects for it at the same time.Treat the illness by reinforcing and attacking methods and combine with tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen , emolliating the liver, extinguishing wind and resolving phlegm, and activating blood and unblocking collaterals.
