| Abstract: | To compare the campus culture and hospital nursing culture of nursing schools. They were in common in terms of structure,role,purpose and characteristics ~ there were certain differences in goal of construction, the main body of construction, construction content and essential characteristics. It stressed that in order to achieve effective docking between the campus culture and culture of hospital care in nursing schools, we should accurately grasp the links and differences between the two. |
