摘    要:[目的]探讨护理实践教学考核方式的改革方法,以提高护生的综合素质,适应护生的就业需求。[方法]以《急危重症护理学》实践教学作为研究课程,将2008级统招护理本科生54人作为对照组,采用传统的考核方式,将2009级统招护理本科生52人作为实验组,采用适应就业需求的考核方式,对两种不同考核方式下的护生综合能力进行比较。[结果]综合评价中实验组护生的软技能、临床实践技能、总评价及各项能力评分均显著高于对照组;在实习2个月后,实验组护生的病人满意度也高于对照组。[结论]适应就业需求的护理实践教学考核方式,能提高护生的综合素质,满足护生就业的需求。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the reform of nursing practice teaching assessment methods, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students and adapt to the employment needs. Methods:"Intensive nursing" practice teaching was taken as a research program,54 undergraduate nursing students who passed 2008 entrance examination were taken as control group, the traditional assessment methods were used for them, 52 undergraduate nursing students who passed 2009 entrance examination were taken as experimental group, and the assessment methods for meeting the employment needs were used, then to compare the comprehensive ability of nursing students between two groups. Results: In comprehensive evaluation, the scores of soft skills, clinical practical skills, total evaluation and all abilities of experimental group nursing students were significantly higher than that of control group;patients ~ satisfaction of nursing students in experimental group was also higher than that of control group after practice for two months. Conclusion: Nursing practice teaching assessment methods adapting to the employment needs can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students and meet the employment needs of nursing students.
