全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防护理对策

目的探讨髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理方法。方法对92例全髋关节置换术患者，合理选择评估时机、应用深静脉血栓观察护理单、早期下肢功能锻炼、保护血管、规范的抗凝药物治疗及机械性预防等措施。结果92例全髋关节置换术患者，仅3例发生DVT，发生率3．26％。结论对全髋关节置换患者进行早期干预，能有效降低DVT的发生率，足提高治疗效果的天键。

Nursing strategy on the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after total hip arthroplasty

Objective To investigate the nursing strategy of preventing the deep vein.thrombosis (DVT) of lower limbs after total hip arthroplasty. Methods 92 cases with total hip arthroplasty were nursed with measures including choosing the right evaluation time, applying DVT nursing unit, lower limbs functional exercise in early stage, protecting veins, treating with anticoagulants regularly and mechanic preventive measures. Results Of all 92 cases, only 3 cases had DVT, the incidence was 3.26%. Conclusions Nursing intervention in early stage applying in patients with total hip arthroplasty ean reduce the incidence of DVT effectively, which is the key to promote the therapeutic effect.
