刺壳花椒提取物消炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的：通过动物试验对刺壳花椒提取物进行药效学研究。方法：将实验动物分为6组：模型对照组、阿司匹林组、大叶花椒提取物组、刺壳花椒高、中、低剂量组，观察各组实验动物相关指标的变化。结果：刺壳花椒提取物高、中、低3个剂量组（384、192、96g/kg）对己豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用，能显著降低醋酸致痛小鼠扭体的次数；刺壳花椒提取物高、中两个剂量组（384、192g/kg）能明显抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖致炎后的2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6．0h肿胀，低剂量组（96g/kg）能明显抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖致炎后的3．0,4.0、5.0．6.0h肿胀；刺壳花椒提取物高、中两个剂量组（384、192g/kg）能明显提高热刺激小鼠给药后30、60、90min的痛阈值，低剂量组（96g/kg）能明显提高热刺激小鼠给药后60、90min的痛阈值。结论：刺壳花椒提取物具有明显的消炎、镇痛作用。

Experimental Study on Eliminating Inflammation and Analgesic Effect of the Extract of Pinyfruit Pricklyash
