| 摘 要： | 本文分析了36例心绞痛、25例急性心肌梗塞及62例陈旧性心肌梗塞脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的改变,并与对照组198例比较,心绞痛组及陈旧性心肌梗塞组 Lp(a)明显升高,但两组之间差异不显著;急性心肌梗塞组 Lp(a)升高非常显著,并随心肌梗塞恢复而降低;Lp(a)与肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化无关。

| Abstract: | Changes of lipoprotein Lp (a) were determined in 36 cases of-angina pectoris,25 cases of acute myocardial infarction and 62 cases of old myocardial infarction,the results were compared with 198 controls. Increases in serum Lp (a) level were observed in angina pectoris and old myocardial infarction,but the difference between the tWO groups was not significant.Lp (a) level increased markedly in the group of acute myocar- dial infarction and decreased with the recovery of myocardial infarction. There was no correlation between Lp (a),Creatine phosphokinase (CPK), and Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH). |
