| 摘 要： | 损伤控制性手术（DCS）理念在严重创伤救治领域已广泛应用,但在战场救治中的应用尚未明确。本文认为应用损伤控制性手术治疗策略是战场伤员救治的需要,是完善救治阶梯的需要,是多样化军事任务卫勤保障的需要。我军应对损伤控制性手术的应用策略作进一步调整,加强前沿手术力量建设和使用的研究。

| Abstract: | Although the use of Damage Control Surgery(DCS)for blunt and penetrating injury has been widely reported and defined,but that used on the battlefield has not been well detailed.The author proposed that the use of DCS is the need of first aid in the field,and it will perfect the medical aid serials and health service of multiple military operations.The army should regulate the using strategy of DCS,reinforce the study on forward surgical team. |
