经颞颌关节镜行关节盘双板区硬化疗法的动物实验研究

采用自身对照实验设计方法，用１０只老年猕猴的１０例颞颌关节经颞颌关节镜行双板区注射硬化剂。分别于术后３月，６月处列经动物，经关节中骨矢状切开，染色制片后，组织切片直接经摄入系统输入微机，分别进行双板区的上，下板的长度及双板区面积图像定量测定，术后３月，６月注射硬化剂侧上板长度与对照侧之间的显著差异，其余均无统计学意义，提示：术后３月硬化剂瘢痕化收缩可使双板区上板距离缩短，并持续至６月，另外，通过对

rhesus monkeys (with 20 TMJs) were performed by arthroscopic sclerotherapy in retrodiscal tissue of each monkey's one side of TMJ, and by 0.9% NaCl injection in the same area of each monkey's another to order to make paried control study. The measurements of retrodiscal tissues in postoperative 3 months or 6 months showed that there was satistically significance on distances between two sides of superior lamina, but there were no statistically significance on distances between two sides of inferior retrodiscal lamina or areas between two sides of retrodiscal tissues. Arthroscopic sclerotherapy can make distance of superior lamina short in postoperative 3 6 m.
