电切镜联合输尿管镜治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石21例

目的探讨经电切镜外鞘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石结合前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)并膀胱结石的疗效。方法 2006年2月至2008年12月,联合应用电切镜外鞘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石和前列腺等离子电切术治疗BPH并膀胱结石患者21例。结果 21例均一次手术成功,无输血、TURP综合征或严重感染等并发症发生。术后复查,膀胱内均无结石残留,清石率达100%。术后1个月复查,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qm ax)分别为:(10±3)分、(1.8±0.2)分、(19±7)m l/s,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论电切镜联合输尿管镜的腔内技术具有创伤小、恢复快、安全高效、并发症少的优点,是治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石的一种较理想的方法。

Combined resectoscope and ureteroscopes therapy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones

Objective To study the efficacy of the combined use of transurethral plasma kinetic resection of the prostate and pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones.Methods From Feb.2006 to Dec.2008,21 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones were treated by combined the transurethral plasma kinetic resection of the prostate and pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope.Results All the 21 operations were successful.Without blood transfusion,TURP syndrome and severe infection generate.The pneumatic lithotripter rate reached 100%,the KUB revealed there was no residual stone in bladder.After operation of 1 month,the IPSS,QOL,QMAX were（10±3）,（1.8±0.2）,（19±7） ml/s,significantly difference with preoperative（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined resectoscope and ureteroscopes has the advantages of minimal invasion,quick recovery,and safe with less complication.This method is a good treatment option for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones.
