| 摘 要： | 从１９９０～１９９６年，利用椎弓根螺钉钢板（ｓｔｅｆｅｅ钢板）内固定加横突间植骨治疗脊柱滑脱症２５例，１４例得到完全复位，１１例部分复位，滑脱率从术前平均３０％减少到１１％，无手术并发症；术后随访１～６年，平均４２年，２２例腰腿痛症状消失。Ｘ线片均显示植骨融合。认为ｓｔｅｆｅｅ钢板固定是治疗脊椎滑脱的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Twenty five cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with Steffee plate and intra transverse process bone grafting. It was cured completely in 14 of them and partly in 11 of them. The average degree of slipping were reduced from pre operative 30% to post operative 11%, there was no severe post operative complication. The follow up was from 1 to 6 years with an average of 4.2 years. Satisfactory results were obtained in 22 cases. Radiography showed spinal fusion in all the cases. The authors considered that Steffee plate was an effective method for spondylisthesis. |
