摘    要:目的优选通脉颗粒中葛根素的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间及提取次数对提取率的影响。结果所考察因素中,对葛根素提取率的影响程度为:乙醇浓度>提取次数>乙醇用量>提取时间。结论最佳提取条件为:80%乙醇12倍量,回流提取3次,每次3h。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technics of puerarin from Tongmai Granule.Methods The extraction rate of puerarin optimized condition(ethanol concentration,extraction time,solvent quantity and extraction times)was determined by orthogonal design.Results The order of factors to affect the puerarin extraction was ethanol concentration>extraction times> solvent quantity>extraction time.Conclusion The optimum extraction was described as follows :The concentration of alcohol was 80%,volume of alcohol was 12 times raw herb,and the herb was extracted 3 times with 3 h for each time.
