肾康宁对家兔C-BSA肾炎模型超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘    要:目的:观察肾康宁对家兔C-BSA肾炎模型血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物(MDA)的影响。方法:用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白复制家兔免疫复合物型上球肾炎,并用肾康宁进行治疗。结果:肾康宁各剂量组呈剂量依赖性升设备血清SOD活性,降低血清中MDA含量。结论肾康宁具有抗脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of shenkangning (SKN) on SOD and MDA in serum of rabbits. Mothods: The rabbit model of immune complex glomerulonephritis was established by c BSA and treated with shenkangning. Results: In all the SKN dosage group, SKN could increase dose dependently the activities of SOD( P <0.01) and dcrease MDA content in serum ( P <0.01). Conclusion:SKN has the action of anti ligid peroxydation.
