| 摘 要： | 从长白乌头(Aconitum tschangbaischanese S. H. Li et Y. H. Huang)中分得8个成分,其中两个为新的C_(19)-二萜生物碱,通过化学和光谱方法鉴定了结构,分别命名为3-乙酰乌头新碱(3-acetylmesaconitine, 1)和长白乌头碱(tschangbaischanitine, 2)。

| Abstract: | Two new diterpene alkaloids, 3-acetylmesaconitine (1) and tsehangbaischanitine (2), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum tschangbaschanese S. H. Li et Y. H. Huang. Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods and in some cases, by chemical transformation. In addition, six other known compounds were also isolated and identical. |
