| 摘 要： | 用原生质体依赖性质粒消除试验消除金黄色葡萄球菌85094的四环素耐药性,并以琼脂糖凝胶电泳证实有相应的质粒消除。消除率为80%。对照试验,以十二烷基硫酸钠处理,未得耐药性消除菌。

| Abstract: | An experiment for curing tetracycline-resistance of S. aureus 85094 by protoplast-dependent plasmid elimination with curing frequency 80% was reported. Agarose gel eletrophoresis was used to detect and identify tetracycline-resistant plasmid eliminated in the curing strain. Plasmid elimination by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was also studied comparatively in the strain mentioned above, but no curing strain was found. |
