山茱萸对小鼠免疫系统的影响

摘    要:山茱萸水煎剂10,20g/kg ig使小鼠胸腺明显萎缩;减慢网状内皮系统对碳粒的廓清速率:10g/kg升高小鼠血清溶血素抗体的含量,而5g/kg作用不显著;山茱萸5,10g/kg均使血清抗体IgG含量明显升高,并能抑制SRBC所致小鼠迟发型足垫肿胀;10,20g/kg于抗原攻击前给药明显减轻DNCB所致小鼠接触性皮炎;而20g/kg于抗原攻击后3~15h给药亦对接触性皮炎有较明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Fructus Corni (FC) decoction 10, 20 g / kg decreased the weights of thymus and the clearance rate of charcoal particles in mice. The production of serum specific antibody hemolysin was enhanced by FC 10 g/kg and was not definitely affected by FC 5 g/kg. FC 5, 10 g/kg made a marked increase of the content of serum antibody immunoglobulin G and suppressed the delayed footpad reaction to SRBC in mice. In addition, the contact dermatitis induced by dinitrochlorobenzene in mice was significantly inhibited by FC either given before challenge at the dose of 10,20 g / kg or given after challenge at the dose of 20 g / kg.
