摘    要:用毛细管GC/FTIR研究了薄荷油、青椒薄荷油、椒洋薄荷油,分离出十几种成分,用NICOLET ALDRICH VAPOR LIBRARY气相库对各组分进行了光谱检索,共鉴定出13种组分,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了八个产地的薄荷油中各组分的百分含量,以此比较其质量。

Abstract:Peppermint oil, Qingjiao peppermint oil, Jiaoyang peppermint oil obtained from Mentha haplocalyx Briq. in Jiangsu province were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography / fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. More than thirteen components of peppermint oil were isolated of which thirteen components were identified, and peppermint oil originated from eight areas in Jiangsu province were quantitatively analyzed by area normalizationmethod of gas chromatography.
