提高肋骨骨折诊断符合率的措施

目的探讨肋骨骨折的最佳检查方法和确诊手段,提高肋骨骨折诊断符合率。方法188例临床怀疑有肋骨骨折患者均经胸部正位加胸部斜位,隔下肋骨片,透视加点片,CR,DR或CT。结果肋骨骨折188例,胸部正位加斜位确诊125例,随着诊断措施增加,检出率亦增加,如透视点片确诊38例,DR确诊45例,复查确诊25例。结论对于肋骨骨折尽量显示和诊断出骨折部位和数量,对不能确诊者,提醒其复查或进一步检查,以避免医疗纠纷。

The measures for elevating the diagnostic accuracy of costal fractures

Objective To explore the explore the optimal protocols for visualizing the costal fracture and to elevate the diagnostic accuracy.Methods A hundred and eighty-eight patients with clinically suspected costal fracture initialy underwent the entopic and oblique radiography of the chest.Partial patients underwent additional subdiaphragmatic rib film and/or fluoroscopy plus spot flim,computed radiography(CR),digital radiography(DR),and computed tomography(CT).Results Among 188 cases,125 cases were definitely diagnosed by the entopic and oblique radiography of the chest,with the addition of diagnostic measures,the detective rate was increased,for example,38 cases for fluoroscopy plus spot film,45 cases for DR,and 25 cases for X-ray reexaminations of the chest.Conclusion During diagnosing costal fracture,the sites and numbers of the fractures should be visualized as clear as possible,if the fracture is difficult to determine,it is necessary that recommending the patient to do reexamination so as to avoid the medical trouble.
