| 摘 要： | 目的介绍临床新手提高断指再植速度的技巧和经验。方法统计分析作者实施的150例断指再植术的学习曲线和笔记，总结相关经验。结果术前术中都有些影响再植速度的小技巧。解剖熟悉、计划合理、动作有效是减少手术时间最根本的要素。结论掌握技巧和勤于实践可以最快地提高初学者断指再植的速度。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce some little techniques and experience on increasing the speed of finger replantation.Methods The learning curve and post-operational diary of 150 cases of finger replantation (1st to 150th) finished by the author were analyzed and reviewed.Results It existed many little skills before and during the surgery in speeding of finger replantation.
