东菱克栓酶治疗短暂性脑缺血发作62例临床分析

目的　观察东菱克栓酶治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效。方法　选择 12 4例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上静脉使用东菱克栓酶 10BU ,qd ,连用 5日。对照组给予阿斯匹林、低分子右旋糖酐、维脑路通、丹参治疗 1周 ,1周后评定疗效。结果　治疗组治愈率 87.0 9% ,总有效率 93 .5 % ;对照组治愈率 5 8.0 4% ,总有效率 74.2 % ,两组比较治愈及总有效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　东菱克栓酶治疗短暂性脑缺血发作 ,疗效确切 ,使用简便、安全 ,不良反应少

Clinical Analysis on DF-521 Treating 124 Cases of Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective To observe the effect of DF 521 on transient ischemic attack(TIA).Method 124 cases of TIA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were given 10BU of intravenious DF 521 daily for five days in addition to routine medication.The patients in the control group were given aspirin,low molecular dextran,weinaolutong and salvia miltiorrhiza Bge for one week,clinical outcomes were evaluated after one week.Results The cure rates of two groups 87.09% and 58.04% respectively,and total effective rates were 93.5% and 74.2% respectively.There were significant differences between two groups( P <0.01).Conclusions DF 521 may be effective in treating TIA.It is convenient,safe and with little adverse effects.
