| 摘 要： | 详细地介绍了计算浮阀塔板的各项工艺参数，并对不同的公式进行了比较，推荐了比较合适的计算方法。在计算塔径以及雾沫夹带方面以Fair的方法为主。在计算浮阀塔板的干板压降方面以Klein的方法为主。对浮阀塔板的浮阀配置也作了简单的介绍，供设计者参考。

| Abstract: | In this article, several process parameters for calculating floating valve tray were introduced in detail. At same times, the comparison of different equations was carried out and comparatively proper methods were recommended. The method by Fair was used in calculating the diameter of tower when the factor of foam was considered, and the method by Klein used in calcuiating the pressure drop of floating valve tray. The layout o ffloating valve was also introduced in this article to be referenced by other designers. |
