| 摘 要： | 在分析人力资本及其管理的基础上,阐述了图书馆人力资本研究的现实意义,指出了图书馆人力资本管理是个人、组织、社会的协同行为。社会提供人力资本的需求环境,组织提供人力资本发展的空间与条件,采取措施规避人力资本投资风险,个人在内外因的协同作用下,实现人力资本的保值与增值,反作用于组织和社会。
