| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的CT分度与临床分度的相关性。方法对42例临床确诊为HIE的患儿进行颅脑CT扫描,并与临床分度的相关性进行对照分析。结果临床轻度HIE与CT轻度HIE有显著差异性(P<0.05),中度和重度无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论HIE的临床分度与CT分度相关性基本一致,但轻度HIE两者有分离,故两者结合诊断更为客观。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the correlation between CT and clinical grading of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) in neonates,and to find out the value of CT in the diagnosis of HIE.Methods 42 patients with HIE underwent CT scan and their CT findings and clinical manifestations were studied.The correlation between CT and clinical grading was analyzed.Results It is markedly different in mild grade between CT and clinical graduation (P< 0.05), but has a good positive relevance in the moderate and severe grade (P >0.05). Conclusion The grades in CT and clinic of HIE present remarkable correlation in moderate and severe grade,but was marked different in mild grade.It had better get clinical manifetations and CT imaging together in diagnosis of HIE,as CT could provide additional information in HIE. |
