| 摘 要： | 目的观察咪达唑仑联合芬太尼在重症监护病房（ICU）COPD患者有创机械通气中的应用，评价其镇静效果及安全性。方法93例有创机械通气的COPD患者，给予咪达唑仑联合芬太尼持续静脉泵入，定时观察意识状态，人机协调，呼吸动力学指标及动脉血气分析。结果给予咪达唑仑联合芬太尼后，94．6％（88／93）的患者Ramsay评分达2分～4分，用药后患者呼吸动力学指标（PIP、PP、PM、RI、RE、CMP）及SpO2、pH、PCO2、PO2均有明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论咪这唑仑联合芬太尼在COPD患者机械通气时镇静效果好，安全性高，可在临床推广应用。
