| 摘 要： | 以类似证为中心,从六经病的太阳病、厥阴病及痞证三方面,讨论了《伤寒论》类似证辨证的具体运用,认为类似证辨证是仲师最为常用的辨证方法。并指出类似证辨证有提高辨证论治的准确率,突出主症辨证的重要性及提示知常达变辨证思维三种意义。

| Abstract: | Based on analogous symptoms,the diagnosis of the syndromes were discussed from three aspects which were Taiyang syndrome,Jueyin syndrome and Pi syndrome.It was pointed out that the diagnosis of analogous symptoms was the common used dialectic method by ZHANG Zhong-jing.Understanding the diagnosis method could know well the rulers of differential diagnosis,pay special attention to the primary symptoms and distinguish the changing symptoms. |
