| 摘 要： | 目的了解武汉市老年人社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的特点，以提高诊断和治疗水平。方法对2006年10月至2008年5月在我科住院的260例老年人社区获得性肺炎患者进行研究。入选者均为武汉市居民，年龄〉60岁。对患者的年龄分布、基础疾病、症状、实验室检查等进行分析。结果武汉市老年人社区获得性肺炎患者多合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病、高血压病等基础疾病。病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主，以肺炎克雷伯杆菌等感染居多。值得注意的是，这与国外文献的报道不完全一致。且耐药菌较多，不典型病原体感染有增多趋势。结论对老年人CAP应尽量找出病原体，按药敏试验选择抗生素，联合、足量用药，疗程稍长。
