高效液相色谱法测定恩他卡朋片的含量

目的建立恩他卡朋片含量测定的方法。方法色谱柱:Intersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.03 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(磷酸调节pH至2.75)(35∶25∶40,V/V/V),检测波长:310 nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果恩他卡朋的线性范围为10～50 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为(99.74±0.69)%,RSD=0.68%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于恩他卡朋片的含量测定。

Determination of entacapone tablets by high performance liquid chroma-tography

AIM To establish a method for content determination of entacapone tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS A Intersil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of methanol,acetonitrile and 0.03 mmol·L-1 potassium phosphate buffer(pH 2.75,adjusted by phosphate)(35 ∶ 25 ∶ 40,V/V/V).The UV detection wavelength was 310 nm.Column temperature was 30 ℃.Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of entacapone was 10-50 mg·L-1(r = 0.999 9),with average recovery was(99.74 ± 0.69)%,RSD = 0.68%(n = 9).CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of entacapone tablets.
