创伤性腹膜后血肿治疗的临床分析

目的:探究分析创伤性腹膜后血肿治疗的临床方法。方法:选取62例创伤性腹膜后血肿患者作为此次研究对象,根据治疗措施的不同将其分为两组:试验组(手术治疗组)31例,对照组(非手术治疗组)31例。回顾性分析62例患者的治疗方法,观察患者治疗后的自身恢复情况,综合各指标判断创伤性腹膜后血肿治疗的临床疗效。结果:本次试验的62名患者无一例死亡,所有患者均痊愈出院,治愈率为100.00%。所有患者进行治疗后,有5例患者出现了并发症,其中多器官功能衰竭、肠瘘、膈下脓肿以及胆瘘各1例,继续治疗后均痊愈。手术治疗组的总有效率(96.77%),明显高于非手术治疗组(51.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超、CT以及X光对诊断创伤性腹膜后血肿有很大的帮助,并且介入性手术治疗对患者具有一定的临床疗效,意义重大。

The Clinical Analysis of treatment of traumatic retroperitoneal hematoma

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical treatment method of traumatic retroperitoneal hematoma. Method 62 cases of patients with traumatic retroperitoneal hcmatoma were chosen as the study objects,who were divided into two groups by treatment：the exper- iment group （operation group） with 31 cases and the control group （non operation treatment group） with 31 cases. The treatment methods of 62 cases were taken retrospective analysis, with the recovery of patients after treatment observed, and the clinical effects of traumatic ret- roperitoneal hematoma were judged according to each index. Results In the 62 patients of this test,there was no on~ died,and all patients were cured, with the cure rate 100%. In the patients after treatment, there were five patients with complications, including each one case of multiple organ failure, subphrenic abscess,fistula and biliary fistula, who were treated with continue treatment to be cured. The total effective rate of the operation treatment group （96. 77% ） was significantly higher than that of the non operation treatment group （51.61%） ,The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion B ultrasound, CT and X - gray has great help in the diagnosis of traumatic retroperitoneat hematoma, and interventional surgical treatment for patients have certain clinical efficacy,it is significant.
