乳腺癌病理参数与CD133和Ki-67关系的研究

目的研究跨膜蛋白CD133和细胞增生核抗原Ki-67与乳腺癌病理参数的关系。方法在105例乳腺癌病理标本中,应用免疫组织化学方法(SP)检测CD133和Ki-67的表达,分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果 105例乳腺癌组织标本中CD133阳性50例(47.62%)、KI-67阳性69例(65.71%);随着肿瘤分化降低、癌周浸润加大、淋巴结转移、临床分期递增CD133和Ki-67表达逐渐增高(P0.05);CD133与Ki-67具有强关联性。结论 CD133和Ki-67在乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移中发挥重要作用,可将它们作为乳腺癌诊断、治疗和预后评估的标志。

The relationship between CD133, KI-67 and pathological parameters of breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expressions of CD133 and KI -67 in breast carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopatho- logical parameters. Methods The 105 pathological specimens were obtained from the patients who underwent surgery for breast carcinoma. Immu- nohistochemical method （SP method） was applied to detect the expressions of CD133 and KI -67. The correlation of CD133 and KI -67 expres- sions with clinical and pathological parameters were analyzed. Results Of the 105 pathological specimen of breast carcinoma, 50 （47.62%） were CD133 positive, 69 （65.71%） were KI-67 positive, The expresslous of CD133 and KI-67 intcreased gradually with the reduction of tumor differentiation degree, increased cell infiltration around carcinoma and increased clinical stages （ P 〈 0.05 ）. A strong association was observed between the expression of CD133 and the expression of KI-67. Conclusion CD133 and KI -67 may serve as the reliable candidate markers of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in patients with breast carcinoma.
